The Situation is Suing Abercrombie and Fitch

Back in August we reported that the The Situation was being paid by Abercrombie & Fitch to NOT wear their clothing. But now, it seems the reality star has another beef with the famous clothing line and he wants $4 million to squash it.

A recently filed lawsuit states that A&F illegally used his heinously stupid “GTL” slogan among others trademarks owned by The Situation. The shirts, which read “The Fitchuation,” and “G.T.L. (You Know The Deal),” were apparently sold in stores without any compensation going towards The Situation’s massive gel and Valtrex coffers.

The news also comes at a bad time for A&F, as they’ve recently reported a 15% decline in stock value, most likely due to the decision to manufacture shirts that read “The Fitchuation.” Yes, sometimes free market capitalism really does regulate itself.
