Since moving from Center City to the Frankford Avenue Arts Corridor back in October, 2007, Highwire Gallery has been focusing on member showcases, particularly a tribute to one of its late, great favorites Marge Peterson. March finally finds this venerable establishment offering up a calendar of fresh talent. “‘Stevie & the 3 Sisters:’ an aMUSEing journey” finds Stephen Ivanczuk making weird and wild; he’s puts a trio of three nude cuties through his computer for no easy answers. Mike Seeber hits it with “New Ceramic Work.” This has got everything and just maybe the kitchen sink, too. Runic pieces vie for attention with landscapes that evoke his childhood in central Pennsylvania and more. Ivanczuk and Seeber are some dynamic duo.
