Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks?George Perrier realizes that even landmarks must change with time. Le Bec Fin celebrates its 35th year in Philadelphia by introducing the Express Lunch, which debuts on March 21. The special offers diners a more streamlined approach to the power lunch but on the healthier side, both from a culinary and financial perspective. The Express Lunch, which is made up of lighter fare with an emphasis on earthier ingredients, is available Monday through Friday and comes in at $35 for an appetizer, entree and dessert. Le Bec is also introducing the Degustation special, which will run for $50 per person. The higher-end menu (which sounds more like a Hollywood sequel than a dining option) will showcase a la carte selections for -lunch and dessert.
