Turns out, it’s going to be a phabulous Phebruary at PHAG (Philadelphia Home Art Garden), the Center City furnishings and décor shop. That’s because they’re coming out of the closet, so to speak, of one location and into another that’s bigger, brighter, and definitely better. At nearly five times the size of their current 12th Street digs, PHAG’s new showroom at 1225 Walnut Street will feature an even greater mix of fine and eclectic furniture, accessories, art, gifts, and more. To celebrate, there will be an exclusive preview event on February 8, from 5pm – 11pm (the night before the shop’s official opening at 11am) with a live performance by Brotherly Love, from the Philadelphia Gay Men’s Chorus, special coverage from Survivor’s Gervase for the In Bed With Butch show, the unveiling of a commissioned, limited edition T-shirt by Jeff Schaller, and the official launch of the new home décor collaboration between PHAG owner Jason Crook and local NPIC artist, Rah Crawford. Register online and get ready for what promises to be a gay old time!
