It’s only been a week since Giovanni Mele got his hands on my hair, and the following has happened:
1.) Someone stopped at a red light and rolled down his car window to tell me I had hair like Jennifer Aniston.
2.) Three co-workers have asked to touch my silky locks, while standing besides or behind me during work hours at a time when work projects (not hair related) were being discussed.
3.) I got a 4-year contract with Pantene Pro-V.*
A week ago at Giovanni & Pileggi I experienced a Brazilian Keratin treatment (kind of like an anti-aging facial for your tresses). My hair was straight before, yes, but after the treatment was sealed in (with the heat of a flat iron), it was reborn. It transformed my already-straight locks into the virginal softness and shine like that of a 5-year-old born in the clean air of Switzerland (that is to say, hair that has never been dyed, straightened, blow-dried or abused by pollutants, elastics or smog).
