If you don’t who AP Ticker is, or what Scrapple TV is, well, then this video will probably leave you asking yourself a few questions. Yes, this latest installment has AP Ticker going over his new pilot sitcom, Robot Pop Pop, in which AP Ticker’s severed head is placed onto a robot’s body to give sagely advice to his new family a la Full House. Pretty much your standard sitcom fair.
