Once again Conrad from Streets Dept has discovered some more great graffiti and street art hiding right under our noses. This time it seems Conrad wandered into the eighth circle of hell located right in Northern Liberties. Amidst countless discarded clothing and tattered remains lie some decent tags and stencils in this unnamed abandoned building.
