Mayor Nutter is pissed- and rightfully so. Our city has been beleaguered with homicides lately, the most recent being a double murder involving rival teens and a Step Father more horrible than any Lifetime movie writer could imagine. In responding to the pervading wave of ugliness, Mayor Nutter was unable to contain his anger and he (accidentally?) let loose this sound bite, which, coincidentally, sums up how the majority of the city is feeling right now.
