Allow Odd Future to Disrespect You at Exit Skateshop This Friday

I’m not sure what the folks at Exit Skateshop were thinking (or smoking), but this Friday the store will be “handing over the keys” to Tyler the Creator and the rest of Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All.

This will not end well.

Odd Future is in town for a show on Friday night at The Electric Factory (sold out, sorry bro), but before that, they’ll be running the “Odd Future Sweatshop” from 11 am to 6 pm at Exit Skateshop (825 N. 2nd St.). The group will be signing autographs and slanging “exclusive O.F. gear” while supplies last.

Sounds innocent enough, unless you’re inclined to believe this story from Steve Albini, who shared one fateful shuttle bus with the group. Seriously, read it.

IF I am to believe that story, this should be total crap.. I’m just not sure if I am willing to believe what someone wrote on a forum. Hopefully they can keep their behavior polite, or some semblance of the term.

We don’t totally buy his story either, but Albini is pretty well-known in the music industry. http://www.vulture.com/2011/08/steve_albini_hates_on_odd_futu.html -
