You’re no doubt aware that Colin Farrell is currently in the Philth, staking his claim on center city while he shoots his new film, Dead Man Down. There’s been a lot of excitement over his presence, but, if you’re wont to judge a film by its IMDB tagline, the movie will probably suck: “In New York City, a crime lord’s right-hand man is seduced by one of his boss’s victims, a woman seeking retribution.”
Also, as Philebrity points out, the film is being produced by WWE Films, the same company that bestowed upon us the vast cinematic achievements of John Cena, star of the The Marine. Hmmm, makes us wonder if this will end up going straight to DVD.
