Ok, is this serious? No. It’s a joke, right? Whatever it is, it is simultaneously the most hysterical and hideous series of images we’ve ever laid eyes on.
The woman in the video, local realtor Liz Lutz, apparently used to work at Philadelphia Weekly in their sales department, and I’ll allow PW blogger and master of finesse Brian McManus to take it from here, “She’s really very sweet, and also, as the above video attests, waaayyy loony. She’s a giant ball of energy. And, clearly, she’s the type of person you’d refer to as, um, ‘uninhibited.’”
