They came from Brooklyn, Queens, Newark, Union County, and Philadelphia. All are fans of MTV’s very successful series, The Jersey Shore. What makes them fans of the television show? One fan from Patterson, New Jersey, said it succinctly: “It (The Jersey Shore MTV show) represents New Jersey, which is hot, fresh and flyy (with two y’s.)The speaker is Orlando Forever Flyy, designer of exclusive designer clothing. Flyy came to the first reunion show of The Jersey Shore filmed at Tropicana Casino & Resort. Audience members had the chance to join Snooki, JWoww, The Situation, Vinny, Pauly D., Ronnie, Sami Sweetheart and Angelina for their first reunion show following the filming of the third season of The Jersey Shore. The episode is scheduled to air in November. Among those who came for an opportunity to be in the audience was Lea Alton, who studies theatre at Stockton. She, Paul Schafer, and Christine Budd, all from Egg Harbor Township, also came because they are fans. The young ladies said they enjoy the Snooki character. Stacey Lauren, a fashion designer from Brooklyn, also came because she enjoyed the chaos, bumping, and feel good fun that The Jersey Shore offers.Incidentally, when this photo/journalist left the scene, none of the other photographers were afforded the opportunity of taking images of the cast. At least, that was what those in the know said. Therefore, only the fans photographs were snapped on this Labor Day. 2010.

Providence nightclub in The Quarter at Tropicana hosted a Cirque-Tacular event Labor Day weekend, featuring aerialists, jugglers, dancers, a stilt walker and some high-flying aerobatics, The troupe, led by aerialist Aaron Bonintre, who also played a superb clown on stilts who warmed an already warm Providence crowd. It was a nice change-of pace for dance clubs.
Atlantic City celebrates the Centennial Anniversary of New Jersey Air Shows, 1910 to 2010.In addition to the Thunderbirds, the Golden Knights Parachute Team, and local U. S. Air Force F-16 (177th N. J. -Air National Guard, the air show features the exhibition by the Brazilian Smoke Squadron, making the show truly an international one. Also, Mr Monopoly parachuted to the beach commemorating the 75th anniversary of the board game that features Atlantic City street names.
