Description: Husband-and-wife team Mitch and Jennifer Prensky of Global Dish Caterers realized their mutual dream of one day owning a restaurant with the late 2007 opening of Supper. The two-level American restaurant focuses on seasonal, local ingredients for its always changing menu, accented by house favorites like the carrot and tangerine soup, autumn squash gnocchi and berkshire pork belly. The earthy space has a distinctive farmhouse feel that fits in well with its South Street location. Supper strikes that elusive balance between casual eatery and upscale restaurant with ease.

Insider Tips: Supper hosts its Sunday Supper on the first Sunday of every month at 6:30pm. The prix fixe, set menu -- also BYOB optional -- is dreamt up by a different chef each month.
