Description: The former millinery shop (hence its peculiar name) was turned into a restaurant in the early days of the transformation from aging retailers to the city's hottest neighborhood for drinking, dining, cruising and clubbing. There is always a young, lively, alternative crowd that populates the friendly, laidback bar where diners (many of them Old City locals) enjoy the contemporary American cuisine while watching the tourists and suburban weekenders walk the streets.
