Description: This revamped old Northern Liberties factory has been electric (to say the least) since the days of the notorious group The Who, but now sees the likes of mostly jam bands and indie-rock artists. An upstairs balcony and bar is responsible for getting fans loose and ready to face the music when they get down to the main floor, which is seat-free for really rocking out.
